• Accurate billing details are required to process payments.
• Failure to bill successfully may result in termination of access.

6. Free Trial

We may offer a Free Trial at our discretion. Billing details may be required upfront, but charges will only occur after the trial period unless cancelled.

7. Fee Changes

We may change Subscription fees with notice before the new fees apply. Continued use constitutes agreement to new fees.

8. Refunds

No Refunds for Any Sale.

9. Content

All content on the Service is owned by Al Aida Information Technologies or used with permission. Do not reuse, copy, or redistribute without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Uses

Violation will result in account suspension and a 1,000 AED fine. Repeat violations may incur a 10,000 AED fine and account termination.

• Spam or send unsolicited content

• Infringe on others’ rights
• Disrupt service functionality
• Use malware or attempt unauthorized access

11. Analytics

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid ones to preserve intent.
